  1. What happens after I book a hotel online?
    Once you have booked online, you will be sent an automated response email that will confirm we have received your booking. You will then be sent a voucher with all your booking details from one of our customer care representatives.

  2. What if I need to cancel my booking?
    You can cancel your booking, however there maybe a cancellation fee. Please refer to the policies page on our site or your voucher for further information.

  3. Are hotel rates per person or per room?
    Hotel rates are per room per night basis. If you are two people, select a Double Occupancy room and a Single occupancy room if you are travelling alone.

  4. Are rates inclusive of taxes and charges?
    All rates are inclusive of taxes and charges. There will not be any other costs!

  5. What do I do if I have any additional questions or comments?
    Should you have any additional questions or comments, please call us and we will gladly assist you over the phone. Please refer to contact us page for the best number for you.

  6. Once I submit my booking is my reservation confirmed?
    Once you have submitted your booking, your reservation will be confirmed and you will receive a voucher for your booking.

    7. How will I receive confirmation of my hotel reservation?
    You will receive the confirmation of your booking via email. You will then need to print off a copy and present it to the hotel when you check-in.

  7. What happens if I want to amend or cancel my reservation?
    It is possible to amend or cancel your reservation. However there are cancellation policies, please see our policies page or voucher for more information. Should you wish to make an amendment to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

  8. What do I do when I get to the hotel?
    Upon arriving at the hotel, you will need to present a print out of the voucher that was sent to you for your booking to the reservations desk. They will then assist you with checking in to your room.
